Health Coaching

It is an alliance where we identify and work towards specific lifestyle and health-related goals. As a coach, I help you find balance in dietary habits, activity levels, and work-life responsibilities through holistic, individually tailored and structured programs so you can reach your goals and thrive. Sessions can be held in-person or virtually. During these 1-on-1 sessions, you will get to explore the factors that are influencing your state of health and wellness. This will lead to discoveries that will shape your individualized coaching and programming based on your needs. This will be an insightful time for you! You will get to experience little victories that will add up to become important shifts in your health experience. These sessions will be complemented with email + text support after and in-between sessions.


Functional Training
This type of training can benefit everyone, from competitive athletes to rehabilitation patients, and everyday people who need to improve their balance and joint stability. Functional Training includes types of exercises that prepare you for daily tasks and common movements. It's purpose is to promote efficient movement, reduce pain, prevent injury, improve balance and flexibility, build strength, and improve overall quality of life. Sessions can be held in-person or virtually.


Meditation is both a mental exercise and a practice that encompasses contemplation, reflection, and focus.  It can be practiced to reduce stress, bring about a sense of relaxation, balance, heightened awareness and to enhance personal and spiritual growth. Mindfulness is the practice of calmly focusing one's awareness on the present moment, without judgement or the intention to control, while acknowledging and accepting one's feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations. Often used as a meditative technique, it can also promote feelings of well-being and relaxation.  Sessions can be held in-person or virtually.

Pre- and Post Natal Wellness & Fitness

Helping women maintain and promote their health, fitness, and well-being as they go through the phases of pregnancy and motherhood requires expertise that ensures their safety and overall positive experience. This special exercise service is aimed to women in the pre- and post-natal stage, and is based on the latest guidelines established by the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), which advises the highest standards for women's health.
